I'm so delighted to bring you a collaborative event with my lovely friend Trish Gordon of @radiantsoultherapies.This will be a beautiful weaving together of the sound of my crystal singing bowls and Trish's Gongs.

WHAT IS A GONG BATH?
A gong bath is a relaxing experience where you become immersed in the vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls and other shamanic instruments.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The sound vibrations of gongs can help the mind to slow down and lower the frequency of the brainwaves from an alpha to a theta-dominant brainwave state. This can be beneficial for those who find it difficult to ‘unwind’ and ‘switch off’
Sound has been found to shift frequencies in the body from lower energy to higher vibrational frequencies of love and joy. The vibrations from sound can help to shift energetic blocks, and can leave the body feeling more balanced and energised.
This will be an extended event where you can really deep dive into a relaxed state. All you need to do is rest in stillness and receive.
