This event runs on the 26th October, 2nd November, 9th November and 16 November. We invite you to see how the pioneering Golder Family of 16 coped from the 1870s- 50 years before water reticulation and electricity in their part of town!
We open the Cottage to show how our pioneers lived - from the house itself to the outbuildings, which include a wash house, storeroom (today's fridge) and long drop mock up. (We have a 'real' toilet for our visitors to use!)
Cost: $5 per person, except the 2nd November date
Note: the 2nd November session is Koha Day
