Golden Years Wellness Day (formerly Senior Wellness Day)

Participants will be able to receive fall screenings, vision and hearing checks, Medic*tion reconciliation, fitness testing, and much more. There will be educational workshops on age-related swallowing changes, housing options as you age, and maintaining a healthy bladder, followed by a line dancing class. Participants will also learn about community resources available in the Hampton Roads area.
