GOLDEN STRENGTH for Adults 65+. Our new 4-week session starts Wednesday September 10 to October 1 at 11am.
This is an effective and positive fitness experience with a trainer who is experienced working with older adults.
In this Small Group class (maximum 8 participants), we will hone in on strength training, improving muscle mass, cardiovascular health, balance, mobility and stability.
Gauging the group, appropriate exercises, modifications and intensity will be provided for our community in their Golden Years. Get ready for a hearty boost in vitality, energy and overall well-being!
➡️$120+hst for 4 consecutive weekly classes.
