We then allow the grand central sun to radiate its liquid gold light codes, healing & regenerating every cell in our bodies. As we continue to breathe in this liquid gold frequency it activates our Solar Plexus Chakra - our power center. Upon reconnecting us to our ancient power & wisdom our light bodies are activated with this golden Solar Glow, which we then amplify outwards across the whole planet & every sentient being for peace, love & unity ☀️??✨
As we lay down for the Sound Journey of Vibrational healing tones & frequencies using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Chimes & other magical sound healing instruments we go even further into our personal journey of healing, rejuvenation & visualisation. We continue with self-healing energy work, gratitude, oracle cards & sharing in the circle. Herbal tea & snacks are served at the end of the evening.
