Experience an evening of heart-healing yoga & sound bath on Thursday, Oct. 24th, on the beach by the bay at North Shore Park in Downtown St/ Pete.START TIME 6:15pm - as the sun sets to a fully darkened sky, we will be surrounded by glowing candlelight to fully relaxxx, exploring our shadow self and the archetype of the golden shadow.
In this celestial ceremony we honor the duality of light and dark within us, feel our strong and challenging emotions, and lean into our golden shadow - how our greatest struggles may reveal the potentials and gifts that are coming online for us once the right nutrients and conditions align.
Our practice combines yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.

*Start gathering at 6pm to ground & settle in
The sun sets at around 7pm and we will complete our practice surrounded by glowing candlelight and the sound bath filling our bodies with healing resonance.

There is a large parking area here. Walk toward the exercise/workout area...
WE WILL GATHER TO THE RIGHT OF THE WORKOUT AREA, VOLLEYBALL NET AND BEHIND THE BATHROOMS ON THE BEACH BY THE WATER.
We will plan to practice on the small beach under palm trees.
(our usual location is Upham Beach Park in St Pete Beach, we will switch it to here if beach cleanup efforts allow it, stay tuned)
Cost: $33
including 40 min. yoga with Jenny, 25 min. sound healing with Salena & a cooling lavender eye pillow to help relax into the sand.

In the event of inclement weather that causes cancellation, your payment can be used for an upcoming class or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )
For emergencies or illness, we will give you class credit to a future event if you have to cancel, to be honored within 30 days after the event.
*****Bring a big beach blanket (better for beach yoga than a yoga mat) and water!
