Golden Hour: Yoga & Sound Bath on the Bluffs

Join us for a sunset on the bluffs to honor yourself in community practice. Reconnect with a homegrown sage cleanse, ashtanga yoga flow, reiki sound bath, life sized crystal mandala, guided meditation, oracle cards and more. Combining crystal healing, yoga & sound therapy with the elements of the earth, moon & sea.

This is a CO-ED gathering for the New Moon & Collective Consciousness.

Non-caffienated hot tea will be served following our practice.

Ceremony hosted by Kat Harper (@indigowell.co | www.indigowell.co ) Kat lives and practices the healing arts of surf, sound, reiki and massage therapy in San Clemente, California.

Featuring Yuka Ichikawa (@yuks_yoga | www.youtube.com/@yuksyuka ) Yuka is a healing artist from Japan. She teaches and practices the arts of dance, yoga, reiki and sound therapy around the world.

Featuring Esmee Pedroza ( @crimson_mineralco | www.crimsonminerals.co ) Esmee sources rare crystals and minerals from around the globe. Originally from Tahiti, Esmee weaves her polynesian culture and knowledge into each sacred circle, creating a life sized mandala from crystals and other natural creations.

Nurture-For those who are struggling to meet their basic needs or are facing financial hardship.

Ground-For those who are able to meet their basic needs, but don't have expendable income to draw from.

Align-For those who are able to meet their needs comfortably and want to donate to the community.

Expand- For those who are doing well and would like to donate to the community and nurture possibilities.
