Jacob will be returning from his Golden Hearts Tour of the Southwest to put on a return showcase on the historic Club Congress stage. His sound evokes feelings of the Southwest region with cross genre melodies of Country, Western, Pop, Folk, Rock, and even Caribbean influences. Most of the music being performed for this show will be a mix of his last two critically acclaimed albums 'Saint Corazón' (2024), 'Desert Sounds' (2018), and his newest unreleased Country Pop songs with his band The Golden Hearts.

Jacob Acosta is an international recording and performing artist based in Tucson, Arizona with a music degree in classical guitar and education. He has been featured on National Public Radio, was a jingle writer for FOX, FORD, ESPN, and Codeschool, has played dozens of festivals and tours across the U.S., and has released seventeen records in the genres of blues rock, indie-shoegaze, pop, deep house, progressive house, organic house, americana and folk since 2008 by his own namesake along with the groups Mason, Burning West, HYTS, Roll Acosta, and Race You There. He has also collaborated and released music with both Where The Heart Is Records and MIR Records, along with David Hohme, Sasheen, Jody Wisternoff, Max and Nim, Dustin Nantais, and Desert Raven. His most popular local release is ‘Desert Sounds’, about Arizonan culture and the Southwest. Jacob is all about connecting with people of all ages and has been called the human jukebox, singing in any genre, in up to four different languages, and uniting crowds with a deep love for music, and the culture and community of the Southwest. His newest release is Saint Corazón this 2024.

The history of the Hotel Congress in downtown Tucson from its opening in 1919 to today. Dive into Hotel Congress’ history, including the 1934 fire that led to the capture of John Dillinger in Tucson, Arizona, the iconic neon sign, the charming Southwest artwork that decorates the building’s walls, Tucson’s favorite bartender, Tiger, and our Centennial celebration in 2018 & 2019.
