Give Peace a Dance & a Voice!
Na het succes dit voorjaar en de hemelse live muziek van Ehsan Yadollahi (Iran) en Erwan Rouault (B) zijn er dit najaar weer 4 data gepland:
- 20 sept om 19u in Cie Bougie te MELLE (Gent)
- 19 okt om 14u (namiddag!) in Monke te Hasselt
- 26 okt om 19u in Monke te Hasselt
- 1 nov om 19u in Cie Bougie te MELLE (Gent)

Het bijzondere aan deze cacao ceremonie is de prachtige live muziek en samen-zang, de bevrijdende dans en de zalige soundhealing waar je een liggende innerlijke helende reis maakt...
Opbrengst gaat naar het Give Peace a Dance vredesproject van m'n vzw We See You (dit jaar in aug in Oekraïne, en volgende jaar weer!)

Weldadige effecten van rauwe warme cacao drank:
- hartopenend

- Cacao zit vol antioxidanten. Antioxidanten ruimen vrije radicalen in je lichaam op, stimuleren vetverbranding en dragen bij aan een gezond hart en gezonde bloedvaten. Daarnaast bevat cacao flink wat mineralen, waaronder magnesium. Magnesium heeft een stressverlagende werking en kan je helpen ontspannen.

After the success this spring and the heavenly live music of Ehsan Yadollahi (Iran) and Erwan Rouault (Belgium), four more dates have been scheduled:
- September 20 at 7 PM at Cie Bougie in Melle
- October 19 at 2 PM (afternoon!) at Monke in Hasselt
- October 26 at 7 PM at Monke in Hasselt
- November 1 at 7 PM at Cie Bougie in Melle

What makes this cacao ceremony so special is the beautiful live music and communal singing, the liberating dance, and the blissful sound healing where you lie down and embark on an inner healing journey...
Proceeds go to the Give Peace a Dance peace project of my non-profit organization We See You (this year in August in Ukraine, and again next year!).

Beneficial effects of raw hot cacao drink:

- Cacao is full of antioxidants. Antioxidants remove free radicals in your body, stimulate fat burning and contribute to a healthy heart and healthy blood vessels. In addition, cacao contains quite a few minerals, including magnesium. Magnesium has a stress-reducing effect and can help you relax.
- To allow the cacao to work as well as possible, it is better not to drink alcohol the day before and to eat moderate to no meat products. Do not drink coffee or black tea on the day of the ceremony (but herbal tea). It is important to come with as empty a stomach as possible.
