A weekend of powerful embodied Yoga & Meditation practices to harmonise & inspire you as we pass through the seasons from summer to autumn sealing in the golden light, celebrating & honouring our harvest and our immense recycling earth & bodies.
We stay surrounded by the magnificent North Yorkshire Moors, Hutton Le Hole, in a beautiful Victorian house, fascinating history & glowing log fires while we relax in the lounge, breathe & expand in the Yoga barn. ✨

Relax into radiance to recharge with deep self-inquiry practices ~ empowering morning embodied flow practices, afternoon restorative yoga, create & journal, heart sounding, radiance meditations, pranayama and blissful evenings. ✨

9pm Glowing Yoga nidra & Sound Bath healing

8am Deep into Presence Yoga
10am Breakfast
11.30am Chakra cleanse & charge breathwork & meditation, journal & craft
1.30pm Lunch
Free time - walk on the moors, go to the village folk museum, cafe & shops or take rest.
5pm Chakra Restorative Yin
7pm Dinner
8.30pm Bathing in Light Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra

8am Awakening Yoga
10am Breakfast
11.30am-1pm Breathing Light Kriya Breathwork & meditation, Glowing Yin, Sealing In Gratitude closing circle.

Delicious healthy Vegan food from Friday evening to Sunday breakfast (5 meals) with lots of herbal teas & cake too.
Gluten free & any nut / food allergies also catered for (please let me know).
Bedding and towels are not included - Please bring your own single bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels (duvets & pillows are provided) or sleeping bags.
