Peace and Love Beloved! We are a donation based, spiritual Woman's support group hosted by Layla and Kim @kimspositivity ? We love to keep our spaces intimate where everyone can be seen, heard and supported so there are limited spaces available. If you are needing support in your life and you desire to live a spiritual, loving and fun soul fulfilled life, we recommend you sign up as soon as possible before spaces are fully reserved.
If your heart and soul is craving genuine support systems as a Woman, you need guidance to help motivate you to stay on your self care journey in mind, body, spirit and emotions, you crave the freedom to express yourself creatively and want to learn to live and create the life of your dreams and desires whole heartedly, then this is the support group for you! ?
Organic Plant based refreshments will be served. All you must bring is a yoga mat and a journal and pen and we will handle the rest for you.
Typically our support groups will include meditation, yoga/movement exercises, group discussions on many self loving and spiritual topics, journaling, educational segments, solution based exercises to take with you, and much more!
