An Event to Remember! We’re thrilled to spotlight our Concerto Competition winner, Dylan Hanes, performing Grieg’s stirring Piano Concerto in A minor—a masterwork of bold expression and lyrical depth. The evening also features the U.S. premiere of Shout to the Mountains, an acclaimed a cappella composition that earned the gold medal at the China Chorus Competition. Composed by a distinguished Chinese artist—father to one of our chorus members—this work honors the thousands who gave their lives constructing China’s largest power station in the treacherous western mountains of the 20th century. Both poignant and triumphant, this internationally celebrated piece will be brought to life by our exceptional orchestra and chorus in a performance you do not want to miss!
