Speaker Profile:
Mr Jermyn Wong is Head of Intermediary, South East Asia, State Street Global Advisors. He is responsible for leading, managing and developing State Street Global Advisors’ business in region, covering the distribution of SPDR ETFs, index mutual funds, and other State Street Global Advisors investment solutions. With a strong background within the Singaporean financial services marketplace, Jermyn has held a number of positions covering distribution, capital markets and product development. Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, Jermyn held the position of Head of Asia ETF Business Development at Nikko Asset Management Asia Limited Singapore and as a Senior Trader for Genk Capital Pte Ltd also in Singapore. Jermyn studied at the University of Sydney and graduated with a double degree in Commerce and Law. He also has a Master of Science (Finance) from University College Dublin.
Mr Robin Tsui (CAIA, CA ANZ, HKICPA) is the APAC Gold Strategist at State Street Global Advisors. In his capacity, Robin supports institutional and intermediary sales efforts in APAC to increase investor awareness of SPDR Gold ETFs and to grow their market shares through the development of research, education, product positioning collateral and client engagements. Prior to this role, Robin also served as the Interim Head of SPDR ETFs and SPDR Gold Sales Specialist for Hong Kong at State Street Global Advisors.
Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, Robin held the position of Manager, Investment Product & Research at the World Gold Council. Before joining the World Gold Council, Robin was the Associate Director and Metals and Mining Equity Research Analyst at Bank of China International (BOCI), covering precious and base metals mining companies. Prior to joining BOCI, Robin was the Metals & Mining Equity Research Analyst at Haitong International Securities Group. Robin began his career at EY in Melbourne, Australia. Robin has over 15 years of experience covering commodities.
Robin holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation (CAIA) and is both a Chartered Accountant in Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong (HKICPA).

Mr Kang Wei Chin is Associate Director, Securities Trading, Equities – Securities, SGX Group. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry and is responsible for ETF product management at SGX. In his role, he works in collaboration with industry participants to develop and promote ETFs to the investing community. Before taking on this role, Wei Chin was based in West Africa, taking on various roles in financial and capital markets function during his stint at Fidelity Bank Ghana. Wei Chin holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from RMIT University.
Mr. Geoff Howie is the Market Strategist at the Singapore Exchange, bringing 25 years of experience in financial markets and macroeconomic analysis. He is the creator and author of the SGX My Gateway Report, which has been providing insights into local market highlights and developments since 2012, and is one of the most widely read reports in Singapore's financial sector with a large subscriber base. Mr. Howie has led numerous content campaigns for SGX and is a prominent market communicator, contributing to the weekly Inside Insights column in the Business Times and conducting regular interviews with CNA 93.8 Live and Money FM 89.3. In 2018, he was recognized as a LinkedIn Power Profile. Prior to joining SGX, he held lead broking and market strategist roles across Asia Pacific with one of the world's largest Futures and Options brokers, where he provided market outlooks, educational events, and media engagements. He has also served as Treasury Adviser to the Leader of the Queensland Liberal Party in the Queensland Parliament. Mr. Howie holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Queensland, where his thesis on the opening of Shanghai's economy in the early 1990s received the highest grade. Additionally, he has received two Outstanding Achievers awards from the Hong Kong Securities Institute in 2005. He has served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Australian Alumni Singapore and is currently a University of Queensland Alumni Ambassador for the Faculty of Business, Economics & Law, as well as an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Ms Priyanka Sachdeva is a Senior Market Analyst with Phillip Nova. Earlier in her career she was a trader with one of the largest financial services firm in India. With more than 10 years of experience running trading and hedging strategies, financial modelling & valuations, institutional sales and risk management, Priyanka is well versed in identifying trading/investment opportunities and presenting strategies across all financial asset classes. Priyanka’s views on Equity Indices, Commodities and Forex are regularly published in established financial publications like Bloomberg, Reuters and The Business Times. Priyanka is also regularly featured as a guest to discuss the capital markets on MoneyFM. Priyanka graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
