Our 10:30am Bethlehem Gold Fit class is full of fun!Abby from Studio Glow would love for you to join her and our fabulous members for a fun, movement to music exercise class each week!
We also run 2 other morning classes in a week that you may like to attend;
Class times:
Matua - Monday - 9:30am
Papamoa - Friday 9:30am
All 3 classes begin back the week of Monday 22nd January 2024.
Classes contain:
Warm Up
Aerobic/dance-cardio
Strength training
Core/balance exercises (Pilates)
Cool down
Payment
Studio Glow offers the chance to pay for your classes in 2 ways:
1. CASUAL/WEEK TO WEEK
$10 in cash for casual week to week sessions
2. ADVANCE/CONCESSION (recommended) - Upfront advance payment - Online or cash - 10 sessions: $ 90 (save $10)
I track concessions on my online system also.
