Alyce's career journey began as a hairstylist, and her driven spirit quickly led her to co-own a salon at the age of 17. Harnessing her experience in business management and client relations, she transitioned into consulting, helping diverse salons thrive.
With her partner, Josh, she co-founded Varli Building, where she applies her expertise in business development and relationship management to drive the company's success. As Operations Manager and Co-owner, Alyce oversees day-to-day operations and fosters a culture of excellence within the organization.
Aleisha MacKenzie

Aleisha MacKenzie is Director and Founder of a law firm in Brisbane, Construct Law Group that has been servicing the construction industry for the past decade. She has been practising law for over 20 years and is a passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity.
As the owner of Construct Law Group, Aleisha has the honour of mentoring and leading her team and has steered the strategic direction of the firm, all aspects of business development and the firms’ inclusive and supportive culture. She has been recognised by her peers and industry bodies for her contribution to the legal and construction industry through a number of awards and magazine features.
Aleisha regularly sponsors construction industry events, including those that promote and support women, and gives back to her community and a number of charities. Aleisha is a proud mother to twin girls and 3 step-children (now young adults).
