GOING THE DISTANCE is an 8-week training experience that I've meticulously crafted to support your race & fitness goals. Using an evidence-based approach, we will focus on improving your strength, mobility, and performance so that you can confidently cross that finish line. Learn from a licensed physical therapist on how to prepare your body for the long run, in training & in life.
Join me and train with intention, not just intensity. My goal is to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence you need to manage your strength training independently and sustainably.

- 1 complimentary running gait analysis ($220 value)
- 25% off all physical therapy & body work services throughout course of program
Class will start promptly at 6:30pm - 7:30pm and will meet once a week on Thursday. (I advise getting to the venue 15 minutes early to account for parking & settling in.)

Missed Session Disclaimer
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session during the 8-week program, please notify me via email ([email protected]) on the date of the missed session (or in advance, if possible). This helps ensure we can explore options for fair compensation, such as a potential make-up session or partial refund and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
