Going Inward Yoga Flow:
Join us for a 45-minute yoga flow designed for all backgrounds as an opportunity to get quiet and go "inward". Step away from all that noise and the outside world with a calming yoga flow inspiring you to find grounding postures, breath awareness, and moments of stillness that support self-reflection.

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.
Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.
Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.
About Annie:
Annie teaches yoga (along with cycling and strength training) at SPENGA afitness studios in Woodbury. She has a long background in and true passion for teaching, yoga and fitness. Annie has certifications in personal training (NASM CPT) and yoga (RYT200), as well as a Doctorate in Education. She also volunteers as a coach for Girls on the Run Minnesota. Annie is a university administrator and professor, an avid runner and yogi. She has visited over 40 countries, including having lived in Spain and Japan!
