“Going for Gold” Charity Event
The organization 'Going for Gold' is pleased to announce its annual charity golf event, which supports the Ballarat Foundation. Originally initiated by Greg Walsh, we are excited to mark the 10th anniversary of this significant event, scheduled to take place at the Ballarat Golf Club on October 17, 2025.
This event will feature numerous teams, each striving to raise funds with the goal of claiming the title and the prestigious golden jacket. This year promises to be the largest yet, with a target of over 100 golfers participating.
Attendees can also look forward to an evening filled with live music, light refreshments, a live auction, and special guest speakers who will emphasize the importance of 'going for gold' and addressing men's mental health in our Ballarat community.
