About this Event
The Asombro Institute invites you to come celebrate bats and other desert night life at Going Batty! The Desert After Dark. Visit booths around the Chihuahuan Desert Nature Park to participate in family-friendly activities and crafts, see live animals, chat with experts, and collect New Mexican wildlife trading cards as you go. Visitors are encouraged to wear bat-themed attire, and make sure to bring a flashlight!
Join us Saturday, October 11th from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Asombro's Chihuahuan Desert Nature Park (56501 N Jornada Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88012). Parking may be limited so please bring your patience and willingness to walk.
This event is free to the public but a suggested donation of $5 per person or $10 per family is welcome.
