Kasia Sokalla, vocals, graduated with honors from Berklee. Dave Golber has studied clarinet with masters in Macedonia for years. Gawain Thomas is a long-time student of Bulgarian accordion virtuoso Ivan Milev. And Henry Goldberg is the drummer the touring Bulgarians want to play with them.

REVMA - Plus special New Year's guest singers - REVMA plays a blend of village, island, and urban roots music from all across Greece. Evolved from centuries-old traditional tunes and stories, our music features powerful odd-metered rhythms, lively island dances, mesmerizing polyphonic ballads, and delicate modal tones. Sandy (Matoula) Theodoru is a vocalist, accordion, and laouto player who specializes in traditional Greece regional music and Greek urban rebetika. Rohan Gregory (violin) has toured the world and performed with a wide variety of musicians from flamenco guitarist Juanito Pascual to Izhak Perlman, Joni Mitchel, and Led Zeppelin. Fabio Pirozzolo is a drummer, multi-percussionist and singer who performs virtually any genre of music from Jazz to World Music to Rock.
Mal Barsamian is a sought-after oud player and clarinetist as well as dumbeg, guitar, bouzouki, and saxophone in the Armenian, Greek, and Middle Eastern communities. He is a specialist in music written by Armenian composers active in Istanbul during the later years of the Ottoman Empire. He is on the applied faculty at Tufts University’s World Music Department.
