About this Event

In preparation for MCA's Applaud the Arts 2025: Olympus Odyssey, you're invited to attend a public voyage through the world of Homer's epic poem, The Odyssey.

Join R.J. Jenkins on Monday, November 10th from 5:30-7pm at The Brick (23 SW Broadway Street, downtown Ocala) for a community lecture about a mythic world populated by vengeful gods, dangerous monsters, and mortals in search of meaning, glory, and home.

This is a FREE event appropriate for ages 18+. Complimentary bubbly and beer will be served for adults ages 21+ Doors open at 5pm for mix and mingle, lecture begins at 5:30pm. No reading required!
