SAMUEL KIRK MILLS, EDD.
Samuel Kirk Mills, EDD. is an alumnus of Moody Bible Institute, Wheaton Graduate School (Billy Graham Scholar), and Northern Illinois University. He is a parents’ leadership development educationist.
Dr. Mills leads the Parents Leadership Development Center team as the Founder and the President. He has 40 plus years of Christian Ministry. Dr. Mills is endowed with extensive biblical insights and applications for successful Christian living and growth.
