See the treasures of the Ashmolean with new eyes in this special walking tour to meet ancient Goddesses and priestesses from Greece, Rome, Egypt and beyond. Learn about Diana and her worship in London and spend time with Al'Lat, the ancient Palestinian Goddess of fertility, love and protection.
Meet at 1.15pm inside the entrance to the museum. The tour will be in two halves, with a break for tea and discussion in the café. The tour finishes at 4.30pm and the museum closes at 5pm.
Bernadette Vallely has given private tours in the British Museum since 2022, bringing her knowledge, research and Goddess veneration to share with people. This is the first time she has led a tour at the Ashmolean, the world's oldest museum. She is generously offering this event as a fund-raiser for Oxford Community Goddess Temple.
