About this Event
Join Dr. Rah owner of AZHARI LIFE-STYLE for a Goddess Twerkshop in the Queen City! The class will include positive mindset affirmations to increase confidence during class, twerk/dance drills to increase mood and energy and a fun-upbeat choreographed routine with a final performance (optional recording at the end). All levels are welcomed!
As a Licensed Behavior Specialist Dr. Radhia understands the importance of holistic wellness and incorporates connections with the mind , body, and spirit during class. She cultivates a safe and welcoming space for women of all ages (must be 18), shapes, and sizes. Let's put our energy together to walk in our confidence and unleash our inner Goddesses through movement and mindset.
