The next Goddess Tent Event is about activating the inner Medicine Woman Archetype. This restorative day-retreat will offer a fun space for women to connect with themselves, support their personal growth journey and sit in sisterhood.Sunday March 16th has collaborations by experienced teachers, practitioners and coaches who specialize in women's holistic wellness.

10:00 to 11:00 - “Goddess Go With The Flow Yoga” with Ash Odisho
Experience Prana-(Life Force) through a fully guided yoga class that offers an infusion of Yang Vinyasa Flow to stimulate your body and build heat (tapas), followed by Yin Yoga that brings awareness to sensations in the muscles and connective tissues through longer holds, and a soothing Shavasana through a Chakra Sound Bath.
About Ash -
“My name is Ashourina Odisho, you can call me Ash. Ashourina is an Assyrian name from Ancient Mesopotamia. I was born and raised in Chicago, IL where I had the privilege to grow up around a melting pot of different cultures and religions. Learning about different cultures is one of my passions. I am fluent in English and Aramaic. I literally led a life between two cultures and always felt I was not too Assyrian or too American. It was when I discovered yoga through one of my acting teachers that I found my inner power, weakness, strength, confidence and forgiveness.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2009. I received my first 200 R-YTT yoga certification from Black Dog Yoga in Los Angeles, CA in 2009. I received a second 200 R-YTT through Life Power Yoga in Skokie, IL in 2020 through the guidance of my mentor and manager of the studio. My passion and thirst to dive deeper into yoga led me to SWIHA. I am enrolled in their 1000 Hour yoga program currently.
l created AngelSkyYoga in 2019 when I was teaching breath and movement to children, parents and teachers at Various Chicago Public Schools in programs for Social-Emotional Wellness. It was truly moving to see people who never practiced breath and movement enjoy it and apply it to their daily lives. I realized my calling is to share the healing powers that yoga brings to “Every Body” and made the choice to continue teaching and learning.
Side note- I also love movies and acting. I graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Major in Theater/Literature and a Minor in Women’s Psychology. I did lots of Theater and had a few cheesy commercials. I totally nerd out on lots of historical information.
I believe the more I learn the more I don’t know so the journey for knowledge never ends. I am inspired by vulnerable human beings who are not afraid to speak of their struggles, obstacles and their personal journey towards their healing process!”

Desert Bloom Wellness Therapies is a client and heart centered herbalism, aromatherapy, Yoga Nidra and sound healing practice located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jennifer D'Oliveira is a Clinical Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Yoga Nidra and sound healing practitioner educated at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. She received her Diploma in Western Herbalism in December 2022 from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Jennifer received her Associate of Occupational Sciences in Holistic Studies with emphasis in Western Herbalism in April 2024.
Jennifer prides herself on being professional, organized, and customer service oriented. Her clients come first, and their well-being and care are the most important things to her. If you’d like, feel free to bring a small, meaningful gift such as jewelry, a candle, incense, or soap to share with another woman. However, it’s perfectly fine to participate in this fun exchange without bringing anything; everyone is welcome to receive. Let’s celebrate sisterhood and the joy of connection together!

Inspired by the movies The Wizard of Oz and Wicked, unleash your inner magic through the transformative power of the witch archetype. Through dance, dress-up, and guided ritual, we will connect to our higher self and embrace the power of our inner witch/medicine woman for healing and transformation. Come ready to play and have fun exploring your witchy side! This session is a sneak peek teaser of a larger, upcoming workshop, stay tuned for more details!
2:00 to 3:00 - ”Healing the Goddess Within - Somatic Dance“ with Jennifer Krueger
Cultivate Your Power to Heal and Unleash Your Inner Wisdom. In this somatic dance session, we will engage in breathwork, meditation, movement (guided and ecstatic dance), and mantras (affirmations) to bring you to a powerful expression of your inner goddess. Through the Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method TM , we will bypass the thinking mind and engage with the body’s innate ability to heal. Rooted in the deep wisdom of the body, we will excavate stuck emotions in a one-of-a-kind modality that brings you to a sense of safety, wholeness, and clarity to help you unleash your true, authentic self.
About Jennifer –
Jennifer is a heart-centered, intuitive wildlife artist, energy medicine practitioner, art professor, and embodied spiritual coach, who specializes in living with and overcoming disease. As a trauma-informed practitioner, Jennifer has worked in shelters for the unhoused, state-run mental health facilities, sexual assault crisis centers, community art centers, equine therapy centers, and academia. She is an intuitive artist who specializes in wildlife art and has worked with the Jane Goodall Institute, the Institute of Human Origins at ASU, Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest, and more. She has her master’s degree in Anthrozoology from the University of Exeter and is a Certified Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine and Certified SAH Method™ Coach. Through the Somatic Activated Healing Method TM , energy medicine, and artistic exploration, Jennifer teaches you how to come back home to your body: to be able to feel your emotions without wanting to run away and have the tools to carry this knowledge through your lifetime. Her experience with autoimmune disease gives her a different perspective to healing and helps her provide a gentle approach to letting your body and wisdom lead the way. Jennifer provides group SAH Method TM sessions as well as 1:1 coaching.
