Find, share and express your voice with Kyla ཐི༏ཋྀJoin us on Saturday September 27, from 6:00-8:00pm at your favourite crystal shop in Nanaimo!
The flow of the event looks like this: we gather, and get to know each other. Move into a collective guided meditation, to connect to our bodies, our voices and the present moment. From there we will adventure into vocal practices and warm ups, particularly fun and easy ones. They are great for wherever you are in your singing and vocal journey. We will then move through some singing, and to close our circle, I will share some songs that are easy to learn and that we can share and enjoy together. If you have songs from your day or week that you feel inspired to share and are easy to learn and teach, they are welcome.
Though named a Goddess circle, all are welcome.
Sharing music creates a sense of connection to ourselves, our beautiful bodies and the world including others around us.
I am honoured to be sharing the gift of music with you all and look forward to the song we will create and share together ~
Collaborating with Triple Moon Mercantile and Jenna Beck's incredibly beautiful and mystical space, downtown Nanaimo.
I have been singing my whole life, and deeply know that we are all singers. At one point or another we have learned that sharing our voice was unsafe, and so have stopped singing all together, or keep it to the shower and our cars. This is a calling to bring our voices back! This is a space for us to come together and find safety in singing again, safety in expressing and sharing with each other.
No matter where you perceive your voice to be ("good" or "bad") your voice is a part of your soul, and the truth of who you are. It is an incredible honour to connect with this part of you, and to share this part of me.

What to bring:
