Goood morning This is super exciting & beautiful I will be holding a day retreat on Sunday 27th April 11 am to 4 Pm at the gorgeous Katey Elizabeth space in Brynford, Holywell, UK.
This space is absolutely magical surrounded by fields and the gorgeous country side 🩷🌳🩷.
I have limited spaces just 15 women 🩷
Do you want a day of self care in a magical space ? This is the perfect day retreat it will be filled with love peace and serenity. The day will be focused on heart Chakra showing love for ourselves and opening our hearts with intentions to calm the mind body and soul. 🩷
A full day of stepping into our goddess power through nature the fire element and sound ⭐️
What’s included : ⭐️
⭐️ full use of the beautiful studio
⭐️sharing circle getting to open up & get to no each other and sharing the beautiful Blue Lotus Tea opening up our Heart Chakra
⭐️A nature walk 🌳 dusting of the cobwebs and connecting to nature Mother Earth grounding ourselves for the lighter days to come
⭐️A gorgeous lunch prepared by Katey were we can share food together and connect
⭐️use of the fire pit outdoors 🔥 with some gentle movement and drumming around the fire and letting go of anything that no longer serves us
⭐️finished with a gentle mediation body scan and sound journey 🩷
I have been to Katey space numerous times and it’s calm beautiful the energy here is another level
We will connect on all levels physically spirtually and emotionally a perfect Sunday
