In a Circle of sharing and connection Betti Rooted Lionheart takes you on a guided Shamanic Journey to meet the African Yoruba Goddess Oya. She can bring the stormy energy of releasing what you need to let go of in order to step more fully into your Infinite Creative Potential.


Shamanic Journeying is a skill that anyone can learn! It is about allowing a part of your Spirit to SAFELY travel in the Spirit World to meet with your Spirit Guides for the purposes of receiving guidance love energy healing and transformative experiences.


Betti begins this guided journey with her signature Grounding Centering and Shielding Practice that protects you as you travel in the Spirit World. After the journey there will be quiet time to take notes on your experience followed by optional sharing around the circle or in groups of 2 to 3.


Betti Rooted Lionheart is passionate about working with Teens Queer People and anyone who feels despair for the Earth and Humanity. Betti offers powerfully transformative one-to-one Shamanic Healing Sessions. She also teaches Shamanic Journeying so that you are empowered to heal and transform yourself remember your power and purpose and take aligned action in service of the Earth and All Life. Betti can help you reclaim the Divine Feminine through developing your own Earth and Goddess-centered Shamanic Spiritual Practices.

What to bring: 

  • House shoes or extra thick socks this is a shoes-off space
  • Full water bottle
  • Bring a hot drink if you want one
  • Bring anything you need to sit or lay comfortably: cushions/ yoga mat/ blankets/ pillows (folding chairs are available)
  • A Journal or paper 
  • Pencil or pen
  • An eye covering (such as a sleep mask a hat you can pull over your eyes a scarf or bandana or other cloth that can be tied over your eyes etc.)
  • A sacred-to-you object to place on the group altar (optional it will go home with you)
  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers
