Creating this special session:
I’m deeply grateful to Ms. Cindy Garcia for accepting my request to make this session come to life. I’ve been dancing since I was a child, and music and dance have been at the core of my healing journey. Sound baths are so helpful for grounding our nervous systems, and I felt called to bridge somatic healing through belly dance basics and the deep vibrations of a sound bath. Every time I saw Cindy, I was reminded that I wanted to co-create this session, and finally, our times aligned. Our planning sessions have been powerful, and we trust that, with the respect each of these art forms deserves, it will be an exceptionally healing and releasing experience for all of us. Come join us to connect to your body and feminine energy through movement and sound.
