Info: We open the retreat by grounding into feminine wellness and seasonal intention. Together we will: Breathe into the body with gentle stretching to awaken energy. Set personal & collective intentions. Reflect on what we are ready to release and what we desire to gather in this cycle. Divine Feminine Activation Exercises, Drop in to presence with meditation and mini sound bath.

Info: Through coaching, affirmations, and group exercises, we'll awaken the goddess mindset- empowering every woman to walk in purpose and confidence

Guided Hike Experience

Info: During our sacred Hike, each practitioner will guide an activation to deepen the journey: Angela (Twerk & Tone) - Awakening sacral energy & womb healing through twerking. Waterfall ceremony; where we honor the flow of nature where we release what know longer serves us, and call in renewal, abundance and blessings

Closing Goddess Circle
Info: We return to the circle for reflections, gratitude, and honor the harvest of the day. each goddess will receive her Goddess Gift Bag, fresh pressed juice by Herbal Jay, and light refreshments as we close in celebration and sisterhood.
