"Spending the weekend barefoot in the mountains at Sunny's women's retreat was a major highlight of my year.

My intentions were to connect deeper to my authentic self - to celebrate in my strengths, to water what needs nurturing so it can grow stronger and to see what needs healing through honest love and attention. To connect to the Divine creator, nature and to the the divine feminine within myself and through the beautiful women in the group. It was also to grow in a deeper bond with my sisters - both new friends and friendships already established. To celebrate in our sisterhood.

The set & setting was perfect for us all at Mountain Light Sanctuary. The magic was in the air - you could feel that you were on holy ground upon arrival. I could have stayed there for weeks.

The workshops, practices, nature hikes, meals and sharing circles were impactful and deeply meaningful. All of my intentions for the weekend were not only met, but exceeded.

Greetings, radiant soul!

I'm Sunny Grigorova, your guide on this deeply transformative journey of the Goddess Awakened retreat. As a seasoned yoga teacher, coach, and dynamic businesswoman, my passion lies in creating spaces where women can:
- unlock the full potential of their divine feminine,
- fall deeply in love with themselves,
- feel inspired to create a life of joy, freedom, and purpose.

With over 15 years of experience in yoga, women's studies, and corporate wellness, my international approach is a fusion of Vinyasa, Tantra, Kundalini, dance, psychology, and conscious relating.
I just came back from 6 weeks in Bali, immersing myself in healing practices and rituals, as well as an intense 3 weeks training with one of the most renowned Tantra masters Ma Ananda Sarita.
I feel so inspired to offer these unique practices in the Carolinas that I myself have been searching for years and have not found.

Throughout our retreat, I'll invite you to delve into the richness of your being, guiding you to shine authentically and unlock the natural flow of every part of your body. I will help you witness and recognize thought patterns that hold you back, and how to move forward in empowered way.
The Charlotte Women's Circle, a community I lead, is more than a gathering—it's an invitation for Goddesses like you to unearth your true selves, forge connections with kindred spirits, and chart a course towards your most joyous and fulfilled life.

In the circles we get a taste of many experiential practices, including Tantra meditations, healing exercises, dance, massage and rituals.

And in the retreats we embark on a profound journey of personal transformation. You enter a portal to eternal wisdom of womanhood that will help you activate your unique gifts and integrate sexuality, love, emotions and spirituality.
