GOD IS AN ASTRONAUT ANNOUNCE FIRST EVER TOUR OF AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALANDBird’s Robe is thrilled to announce the debut Australia and New Zealand tour of acclaimed Irish post-rock group @giaa_band The band will perform shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland & Wellington In February 2025.
Known globally for their extraordinary live performances, God Is An Astronaut have been a major influence in the experimental rock scene for the past two decades. Their sound and live presentation have laid the blueprint for dozens of bands around the globe.
Their latest record ‘Embers’ was released last month through iconic label Napalm Records, acclaimed as a captivating sonic voyage with a wide variety of instrumentation employed to mesmerising effect.
Support for this landmark tour in Australia comes from Sydney instrumental quartet Solkyri and Melbourne shoegaze group Treebeard.
