We are thinking of holding a children's 5 a-side tournament at The Gobowen Family Fun Day. We need to know how many teams we can get involved, please fill in the details to let us know. Each team will need to fit into U9, U10, U11, U12 or U13 groups and can be all boys or girls or mixed. Each team will need at least 5 players but can also 2 subs.
