Join us as we welcome special guest instructor Kandis Miranda and her baby goats for a beginner friendly one hour yoga class on Sunday, January 26th 11am.
As Kandis guides you through your practice her baby goats will run around greeting everyone.
Why Yoga with a goat you ask 🙋🏻♀️ Scientific research shows that spending time with animals can help alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Plus it’s fun and relaxing for all.
