Come bring your children to hang out in the goat paddock for Yoga . 🐐💝🧘🏻♀️This event is geared towards young children (6-12years old) and their caregivers who want to be in and around Nigerian Dwarf Goats while enjoying morning stretches and yoga poses. Parents can decide if this event is right for their child as far as the age goes . It’s beginner yoga and it’s about having a joyous time together and living in the moment and no one will be checking age IDs🤪
This class will be led by Briana who is a certified children’s yoga teacher as well as having over a decade of children’s yoga teacher experience . Her yoga training and practice is over two decades long and is the owner of Mandala Garden Farms.
100% of the money goes towards feeding the animals.
$10 cash donation per person and all of the animals are grateful for the support.
Example 1 mother with 2 children would be $30
No food items are allowed in the paddock. We recommend having hair tied back because goats love to nibble and we don’t want them getting sick or having you or your children receive and unwanted hair cut .
You may bring yoga mats, towels or blankets into the paddock . Mandala Garden Farms is not responsible for any items that get chewed on or broken during your time here .
There is no bathroom or hand washing station so please plan accordingly .
Wear clothes that you don’t care about getting dirty in but that you can also move comfortably in. Jewelry is usually kept at home when practicing yoga but when you are in the goat paddock you really want to avoid wearing things they can get to . You’d be amazed at how quickly your jewelry can be chewed and taken for a morning snack 🤪. Hair should be tied up and away . I always recommend a bun for anyone with longer hair but it’s not required . The goats have been known to give free hair trims so you have been warned 🤗
📸Picture taking is welcome and the last ten minutes will be used for staged photos . 📸
Any children not behaving will be asked to leave due to the safety of the animals and the other children that are attending this event .
Anyone who is sick will not be permitted around the animals for the safety of the herd and the other children.
Agritourism Waivers will need to be signed at the gate before payment is collected.
