Feeling a little baaa-rned out lately? Between soccer practice drop-offs, back-to-back meetings, and playing freezer dinner roulette, life gets hectic. If your to-do list is growing faster than your patience, we’ve got just the thing: Goat Yoga.
Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like, a gentle outdoor yoga class with goats and friends roaming around, climbing on mats, and stealing snuggles. But this year, it’s even better.
We’re expanding the crew! Along with our goats, you’ll get to meet and cuddle calves, lambs, and other adorable farm animals. That’s why we’re calling it: Goat Yoga: Featuring the Full Farm Crew.
Here’s how it works:
- Check in at Leaman’s Green Applebarn store.
- A short 10-minute intro to get you started.
- Walk to the yoga pen.
- 45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga, no judgment if there is more snuggling than yoga.
- 15 minutes of snuggles and photo ops with our furry farm friends.
Rain or shine, class is on! We’ll be in the pen if it’s nice out, or cozy inside the barn if not. Bring your own mat (or towel/blanket, our animals aren’t picky).
Spots are limited, so grab your ticket and come recharge the cutest way possible.
