Get into your best downward goat with Totes Goats LLC where friendly goats join you in your practice. In Goat Yoga is held on the lawn at Pennings Cidery with calming views of the Warwick Valley and surrounding apple orchard.Sessions are instructed by certified yoga instructors who lead you through a 45-60 minute yoga sequence and introduce you to the cutest goats around! The Vinyasa yoga session is followed by a meet and greet with photo opportunities that allow guests time for relaxing and striking a pose with the goats.
Guests are welcome to stick around after yoga and the goat social to refuel on a Pennings Farm Cidery craft hard ciders and a brick oven pizza.*
