About this Event

Goat Yoga at Old 40 Farm is a fun and relaxing experience. Sessions last up to 45 minutes but attendees are not expected to participate for the duration - some just love on the goats and that is totally fine! We provide the mats and a certified instructor to guide you through beginner level poses that give opportunity to play with the goats. The goats will play, snuggle, jump on backs, and also have fun.
