Goat Yoga!
Come practice yoga with Kripalu certified yoga instructor, Allison Woznica. This is Kinney Farm’s second yoga class held outdoors in the goat pasture.
Allison will guide you through breath work, meditation, and gentle movements to awaken and align your mental and physical body while the female goats will walk around and bring a fun atmosphere to the practice.
Beginners welcome, all levels welcome. Ages 16+
