About this Event
Kick start the year! What do you really, actually want in 2025? Look ahead with intention in this goal-setting workshop to explore that question, and apply a structure to break it down into realistic steps.
You'll be guided by a qualified coach and whether you have a big achievement in mind, a small change or you'd just like to start the year feeling excited and organised, this workshop will help you start 2025 with clarity. It will be a supportive and compassionate environment and you'll leave with a plan, your own direction and some motivation for the year ahead.
In this two-hour workshop, you will:
- Identify your goals for 2025
- Set realistic and compassionate actions
- Build excitement and ownership for your own 2025
There will be some group work and activities in this workshop. Coaching materials will be provided but please bring along a notebook and pen for any additional notes.
About coaching: Coaching is an effective and proven learning and development process to help you achieve your goals and break down progress into achievable steps. It can be used for a variety of situations as it focuses on your individual intentions and applies research-based structures to set goals and actions. Coaching is a partnership where the coach is there to provide structure and accountability - the growth and action comes from you!
About the facilitator: The workshop will be led by Lily, a qualified career coach with four years' coaching experience. She has worked directly with clients in a variety of areas including; overcoming interview anxiety, creating development plans, improving work-life balance, identifying goals, and much more. Lily leads all coaching with kindness and the trust that you know what you want - even if it's deep down - and it's her role to help you get there.

The workshop will take place at PATCH, conveniently located next to Nando's and Fete at 5-6 Grays Yard, Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6QR. Our venue is fully accessible, with ample parking just a short walk away.
