From practical strategies for reviewing your progress, to creative ways to celebrate achievements and set meaningful goals for what's next, you'll walk away with plenty of inspiration and actionable advice.
Colette Hartgill - Lightwithin Coaching Ltd
In this inspiring, interactive session, Colette will guide you through Brave Thinking principles to align your goals with your values and vision, so your plan feels meaningful and doable. You’ll learn how to design goals that are in harmony with your Soul’s purpose, shift limiting beliefs, and create simple, repeatable structures that keep you moving forward with confidence.
Simon Jones - OH4 Limited
In this session, Simon will walk you through the foundations of effective business development planning - so you’re not just “winging it” but growing with intention. You’ll explore how to define your perfect client avatar, why that clarity matters, and how it feeds into your messaging and pipeline.
Belinda Waldock - Being Agile
In this session, Belinda will show you how to set goals and plan in a more agile way - so you can work smarter, respond to change, and still get more done. Belinda will share simple agile principles you can apply to your business, projects, and day-to-day workflow, helping you break big goals into manageable steps, prioritise what really matters, and keep momentum going even when things don’t go to plan.
