We make so many promises to ourselves but most times, our brain doesn’t believe that we are capable of achieving our goals. We end up self-sabotaging and then feeling guilty for not achieving these goals. In turn, we lose confidence in our ability to make and stick to future goals. In this session, Hamada will coach participants on how to set clear goals and get their brain to work for them, not against them.
