About this Event
Go with the Flow - A pay-by-donation vinyasa class for every level of experience, that links breath with movement to find strength, stability & ease.
Find us flowing Sunday mornings 9:30am - 10:30am at Wilson Botanic Park Berwick
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to check in with the instructor, find a comfy spot and get settled before the class :)
Where:
If the sun is shining we will flow on the deck overlooking the Anniversary Lake (Lakeside Domain; see map below)
If there's rain, we will move up a little further to 'The Dome' undercover area
What you need:
Please bring your own mat or towel, drink bottle, and layers (because it is Melbourne after all!), yoga blocks are optional but a lovely addition
Offering exchange:
My offering is pay-by-donation to ensure everyone in the community has an opportunity to flow with us.
Donations start from $10 to $25 with the average being $15. This is a donation aligning with how you value the class and your current personal circumstances
$10 - pensioners, or those experiencing financial difficulty
$15 - This is the average and for those who are looking for a weekly class to connect with community and grow
$20 -$25+ - A donation that allows Go with the Flow to keep offering classes to the community, for pay-as-you-feel, to be accessible for everyone. Thank you for your generosity and extra support to keep the community growing!
