Go with the Flow - A pay-by-donation vinyasa class for every level of experience, that links breath with movement to find strength, stability & ease.

Find us flowing Tuesday mornings 9:30am - 10:30am inside "The Chapel" at the Old Cheese Factory Berwick

Please note this class moves back to Wilson Botanic Park Berwick during warmer months (August- May)

Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session to check in with the instructor, find a comfy spot and get settled before the class :) Doors will close at 6:30 for the start of the class.

What you need:

Please bring your own mat or towel, drink bottle, yoga blocks are optional but a lovely addition

Offering exchange:

My offering is pay-by-donation to ensure everyone in the community has an opportunity to flow with us.

Donations start from $10 to $25 with the average being $15. This is a donation aligning with how you value the class and your current personal circumstances

$10 - pensioners or if experiencing financial difficulty

$15 - This is the average and for those who are looking for a weekly class to connect with community and grow

$20 -$25+ - A donation that allows Go with the Flow to keep offering classes to the community, for pay-as-you-feel, to be accessible for everyone. Thank you for your generosity and extra support to keep the community growing!

Can no longer make it? No worries - please send me an email at least 6 hours before the class time to transfer your ticket to another week. Reschedule requests within 6 hours of the class start time will be ineligible for a transfer to ensure time to fill spaces with other eager yogis wanting to join the class.
