Fun, FREE cycling activities to get them legs moving and the body healthy whilst learning skills for cycling.About this Event
In partnership with Wyre Council Go Velo are pleasaed to offer thhis FREE 9 week progressive programme aims to get you motivated, moving and healthier, whilst also learning various skills along the way which will help your confidence when cycling.
And don't worry about whether you can ride or not, we will tailor sessions to meet individual needs and you can work at your own pace and level of comfort.
The sessions include things such as
- Safe cycling
- Balance and control
- Cornering
- Traffic free and on road cycling
- Route planning and commuting
All our instructors are experienced and will be on hand to offer any advice and support whilst you embark on your cycling journey.Trainees must be 16+ to conduct the session.

Bikes and helmets can be provided if required.
