OVER 18 Years Old: All contestants AND skateboarders who wish to skate on Central Florida Fairgrounds property during the GO SKATE DAY 2023 event must sign this release of liability waiver, even if you are over 18 yrs old. Anyone who does not have this waiver signed by a legal guardian or themselves- WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SKATE! If over 18 years old, you may be required to show drivers licenses or legal identification.
UNDER 18 Years Old: All contestants or skateboarders, under 18 years old, who wish to skate on entral Florida Fairgrounds property, during the GO SKATE DAY 2023 event, must have this release of liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone who does not have this waiver signed by a legal guardian- WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SKATE!
VIEW & PRINT OUT RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER HERE.
Waivers will, also, available at the event. But again, if under 18 years old- the waiver must be signed by an accompanying parent or legal guardian.
