One of the newest trends in gardening is growing a native garden. Not sure what is native gardening or how to do it? Join Master Gardener Debbie Clark and learn about native gardening and its relationship with animals, insects and other organisms in the ecosystem.
The class will be held on Tuesday, July 23rd, from 10 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge. Please meet at the Welcome Terrace. Plan to bring a folding chair with you for your comfort. We currently have limited parking at the Bridge due to the construction of our new Education Center. Plan to park at the Welcome Center at Morse Park, which is a short walk to the bridge. In case of rain, please check our Facebook page for more information on the class. This class is free to attend.
