Go Green on this Saint Patrick’s Day weekend! Join WMA 13 Ambassador Forrest in removing litter from Island Beach State Park. Volunteers will walk the beach at Swimming Area #1 and pick up any trash seen.
📅 Date: March 16
📍 Location: 2401 Central Ave, Seaside Park, NJ 08752
🕙 Time: 10 AM - 12 PM
We will meet in the Swimming Area #1 Parking Lot (39.854224, -74.086998.). Take Route 37 east followed by Route 35 south to the park entrance. Enter through the gates and head down Shore Road until you see a sign on your left that says "Swimming Area No. 1." Please park here.
You will be outside and walking on the sand, please dress appropriately and check the weather.
All litter supplies (gloves, bags, litter sticks) will be provided upon arrival.
