Join us for 4 days of advanced techniques, pool and open water training, guided by some of the best and experienced freedivers in the world - World Champion freediver, Erez Beatus & Guinness WR holder - Michaela Werner.
This course is designed to elevate your freediving skills to new depths of enjoyment and relaxation. Building on the foundation of your Stage-A certification (or equivalent Level 1 certification such as AIDA 2*), this course delves into the art of going even deeper while prioritising safety and technique.
Throughout this immersive program, you will master advanced equalization techniques, deepen your understanding of the dive response, and explore the physiological changes that accompany extended freedives. Erez & Michaela, will guide you through comprehensive training methods, ensuring you develop the knowledge needed for a fulfilling and beautiful freediving journey.
Running from 9 am to 5 pm over four days, the course seamlessly blends theory and practical application. Delve into the intricacies of physiology and breathing, refining your freediving techniques both in the pool and open water. Collaborate with new buddies who share your passion, fostering a supportive environment that enhances your performance as a freediver.
