Polish Cooking Class - Back to Basics - Gołąbki
12:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Learn the culinary skills necessary to perfect this traditional Polish dish as we continue our Polish Cooking journey and get “Back to Basics.”
This class will be led by local Polish food expert, Krystyna Osowska, who will share how she makes these amazing stuffed cabbages (Gołąbki), which she prepares at home as well as for catered events throughout the Baltimore Polish Community.
Students will work along side Krysia and prepare Gołąbki themselves, and after the class students will have a chance to sit together and enjoy the fruits of their labor. The PNA Lounge will be open with a cash bar after class so attendees can also enjoy a Polish beer or a cocktail if they wish.
Class is limited to 16 students with a class fee of $35. Ingredients are included in the price.
